NDIS & Fees

Authentic Me provides occupational therapy for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, private clients and schools.

How services are funded and what will be charged will depend on the type of work involved. We'll make this clear before we get started.

Using your NDIS funding.

I provide occupational therapy where the work is appropriate to the person's needs and goals — whether that's building independence, participating at school or in the community, developing everyday skills, or working through something that's getting in the way of daily life.

NDIS-funded services are charged in line with the applicable NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.

Rather than publishing rates that can become outdated as NDIS pricing changes, I'll confirm the relevant costs with you before services begin.

Authentic Me provides NDIS-funded occupational therapy for participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

You don't need an NDIS plan to work with me.

Authentic Me also provides private occupational therapy.

You might be looking for help with school participation, anxiety or avoidance, executive functioning, independence, everyday responsibilities, community participation or a practical goal that's been difficult to get moving.

You don't need a diagnosis or NDIS plan to get in touch.

We'll discuss the fee and any likely additional costs before commencing.

Schools can engage Authentic Me directly.

Schools can engage me directly to provide school-based occupational therapy.

That might involve individual students, small groups, classroom observation, consultation with teachers and wellbeing staff, or broader work aimed at making support more useful within everyday school life.

This is separate from a student using their individual NDIS funding.

Where I work.

Authentic Me is based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with occupational therapy available in person and via telehealth.

In-person sessions can take place at school, at home or in the community, depending on the type of work and location.

Telehealth is also available for clients and for work with parents, teachers and other people supporting a client. It can be particularly useful when the work involves planning, problem-solving, executive functioning, independence or practical goals that don't require us to be in the same room.

For in-person work, travel availability depends on location and the nature of the service. If you're unsure whether I can come to you, just include your suburb when you enquire.

Not sure what applies to you?

Tell me a little about what you're looking for and how the service would be funded.

I'll let you know whether Authentic Me is likely to be a good fit, what the likely costs are and what the next step would be.
